Recipe:
- Calamari

- Ingredients
- 2 large squid, 200g milk fish, 4 pimientos (green, yellow, orange, red), 100g green beans, 3 eggs 1 cup white vinegar, 1 onion, salt and pepper 2 carrots, 100g scallion, 100g rice, 50g garam masala small piece of cabbage, 500g tomato, 300g shrimp 100g parsley, 200g chickling vetch(blue sweet pea) 100g taffagon, 200g small mushroom, 200g corn 150g butter, 1/2 cup olive oil, 100g brandy 3 piece garlic, needle with thread, ketchup 1 cup mayonnaise, white radish, 100g cream, citron juice
- Instructions

- Chop pimientos, carrots, scallion, onion and green
beans. - Add yolk of eggs to chopped pimientos and beans.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven.
- Fill the squid fish with cooked vegetables.
- Suture the squid.
- Bake in the oven.
- Serve with the sauce.

- For farro:

- Mix ketchup and mayonnaise well.
- Add shredded white radish to the mixture.
- Add cream and mix slowly.
- Add vinegar, citron juice and salt.
